# Status

The IDlayr platform's current operational status — including any active incidents, scheduled maintenance windows, and the historical uptime record — is published at:

<https://idlayr.statuspage.io>

## What's covered

The status page reports on:

* **The v1 API** (EU and US data residency).
* **The OAuth2 token endpoint.**
* **The mobile SDK distribution** (Cloudsmith).
* **Callback delivery.**
* **The Enterprise Portal.**

Each component reports a current operational state and the recent history.

## Subscribing to updates

The status page supports email, RSS, and webhook subscriptions so you can be notified when an incident is opened, updated, or resolved. Configure these directly on the status page.

For production integrations, subscribing the team that's on-call for your IDlayr integration is recommended.

## Reporting a suspected outage

If you're seeing behaviour that looks like a platform issue but isn't yet reflected on the status page, please contact your IDlayr account team — see [Support](/help-center/readme/support.md). Reporting suspected incidents early helps us confirm scope and update the status page faster.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.idlayr.com/help-center/readme/status.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
